Bookings and quotes

Sending a booking request or asking for a quote through this website doesn't commit you to anything. A price is based on what you tell us about the journey, so it may change if the journey turns out to be different (a different route, extra stops, extra waiting or a different date). Your booking, including the price, date and time, is confirmed with you before you travel.

Waiting time charges

KGN Executive Transfers Ltd offers the first 10 minutes of waiting time free of charge for standard taxi and executive bookings.

For airport collections, the first 45 minutes from the actual flight landing time are complimentary.

After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time will be charged at £15 per hour, calculated proportionately.

Cancellation charges

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our cancellation policy fair and reasonable.

• More than 24 hours before collection: Free cancellation.
• Between 12 and 24 hours before collection: Free cancellation.
• Less than 12 hours before collection: A cancellation charge of up to 25% of the booking fare may apply, reflecting reasonable losses incurred.
• No-show: A charge of up to 100% of the booking fare may apply, subject to actual losses incurred.

All cancellation charges will be applied fairly and proportionately, taking account of any costs saved and reasonable opportunities to reallocate the booking.

These terms apply to bookings made with KGN Executive Transfers Ltd.
