Who uses an executive transfer?
Executive transfers are mainly used for business travel: directors going to meetings in Birmingham or London, teams heading to an exhibition at the NEC, visiting clients who need collecting from Birmingham Airport or Birmingham International station, and companies hosting guests for an event. We also drive private clients who simply want a quieter, more comfortable car for a long journey.
Solihull sits close to the M42, the M6, the M40 and the A45, which puts Birmingham Business Park, Blythe Valley Park, the NEC, the city centre and the motorway network a short drive away.
What does the driver do?
Your driver arrives early, in a suit, with the route already planned. They hold the door, take care of luggage and keep the journey quiet so you can make calls, read papers or rest. Conversations in the car stay in the car.
If the day changes, tell your driver. A meeting that overruns or an extra stop on the way back is something we can plan around, and the cost of any change is agreed with you.
Can I hire a car and driver by the hour?
Yes. As well as single journeys, we offer hourly, half-day and full-day hire. That suits roadshows with several stops, site visits, days of back-to-back meetings around the West Midlands, or a day of looking after a visiting client. The driver stays with you, so there is no waiting for a car between appointments.
Tell us the addresses and the rough timings when you book and we will suggest whether hourly hire or separate journeys makes more sense for the day.
Which cars do you use for executive work?
Our luxury cars carry three passengers in comfort. For a small group, the 7-seater MPV takes up to six passengers, which is useful for moving a team between a hotel, an office and a venue. Whichever you choose, the car that turns up is immaculate.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, corporate accounts are welcome. An account suits businesses with regular travel, such as weekly airport runs, client collections or staff travelling between sites. Bookings can be made by phone or email, every booking is confirmed in writing with a fixed price, and accounts can be invoiced monthly.
If your company has a standing journey, for example a Monday morning flight, we can hold that slot for you so it does not need booking from scratch each week.
What should I tell you when booking?
The more we know, the smoother the day runs. Give us the names of the passengers, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the times of any meetings, a mobile number for the lead passenger, and whether anyone is arriving by train or plane. For flights, include the flight number so we can monitor it at no extra charge. If guests need meeting in an arrivals hall, ask for meet and greet, which has a small base cost confirmed when you book.
How is executive travel priced?
Single journeys are quoted per journey with no hidden extras. Hourly and day hire is priced on the time you need the car and driver, the type of car, and the distance involved. Either way, you have a fixed price in writing before the day.
